It's no secret that a pole dancer's brain tends to work a little differently than that of your average fitness junkie. Training, recovery and discipline all apply no matter what route you take on your fitness journey. Gaining strength, nailing new tricks and conditioning to protect your muscles and joints are all extremely important and serious aspects of pole fitness.
